The Queens Birthday was today so it was a national holiday and everything was one big party. It also meant that there was a tax on everything so that wasn't soo great. I rented a car today and drove to Litchfield National Park. Driving on the other side of the road was intersting and I hit the windshield wipes a lot instead of the turn signal since it's on the other side as well. Luckily I have my new mates who are from England in the car with me to remind me which lane to go on when I turned. A small Kanaroo and two Wallabies jumped out in from of the car on difference occasssions which was pretty scary, but I didn't hit them. But hopefully next time I encounter one of them there'll be picture opportunities!
